1. The Brief: Make a 20-Year Corporate Milestone Feel Special
The team wanted an evening that marked two decades properly. It had to bring colleagues and leaders together in one room, look polished enough for a global company, and give everyone photos worth keeping.
Our job was to turn that into one clear story, “Celebrating 20 Years”, and carry it through every part of the night.

2. A Custom “Celebrating 20 Years” Corporate Key Visual
We designed a key visual for the main screen with Singapore landmarks, gold lettering and the event date, “Celebrating 20 Years of Pfizer External Supply Singapore”.
Because it stayed on screen all night, it became the backdrop for speeches, the stage programme and the group photos. Every photo from the evening carries the same anniversary message.

3. A Gold Balloon & Sequin Photo Wall
A gold and white balloon garland framed a shimmering sequin wall with the 20th anniversary sign. We placed it on the arrival route, so it became the natural meeting point for team photos as guests came in.
A good photo wall does two jobs: it welcomes guests with a “wow” moment, and it gives the company great photos to share after the event.

4. Smooth Arrival, Furniture and Food
First impressions start at registration. Guests checked in at a clear registration desk, found their seats and settled in quickly.
We also arranged the furniture for the arrival and dinner areas and the food for guests, so the client had one team handling all the logistics instead of several suppliers.
5. An Interactive Moment on Stage
The stage programme included a fun interactive segment. Six leaders went on stage holding numbered cards, and the segment ended with the cards revealing the letters P-F-I-Z-E-R.
Moments like this get the whole room involved and create some of the best photos of the night. We supported the programme with the AV setup for speeches and stage segments.
