Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We use Halal-certified ingredients for our carnival classics like Popcorn and Cup Corn. For heritage items like Muah Chee and Tutu Kueh, they are prepared with no pork and no lard. If you require a strict Halal certificate for the entire station setup, please let us know so we can arrange the appropriate manpower and equipment.

Generally, each live station or arcade machine requires 1x dedicated 13A powerpoint. If you are hosting an event in a meeting room or open air area with limited power sockets, we can provide cable management or generator rentals upon request.

We offer both options! We can set up our equipment at your office or function room. However, if you are looking for a space, we also provide Event Venue Rental services perfect for private corporate gatherings.

Our Balloon Arches and Pillars are best suited for indoor air-conditioned environments (like office lobbies or ballrooms) to ensure they last longer. For outdoor entrances, we recommend using our Marquee Lights or Inflatable Arches which are more weather-resistant.
